Waypoint In Our Communities
At Waypoint Insurance, we believe true success is measured by the positive impact we create. Over the past decade, we’ve proudly invested more than $1 million back into the communities we serve, strengthening the places where we live and work. Guided by our three core pillars, education, health, and poverty reduction, our commitment goes beyond insurance. It’s about building meaningful connections, driving lasting change, and supporting the well-being of those around us.
Whether through our financial contributions, in-kind support, or volunteer time, we believe each act of service counts towards bettering and supporting our communities. We’re proud to use our reach and resources to help amplify the work of local organizations and inspire others to get involved.
At Waypoint, we believe strong communities are built on care, collaboration, and action. That’s why giving back to our communities is more than just a responsibility to us; it’s a privilege we are proud to uphold.

Waypoint’s Community Impact Pillars
Where Our Values Meet Action
When reviewing sponsorship requests, we asked ourselves a simple but important question: what matters most to us in our communities? For us, giving back is more than financial support; it’s about living our values and focusing our efforts where they matter most. By doing so, we help build stronger, healthier, and more connected communities. That’s why we’ve centered our giving on three key pillars.

Where Our Values Meet Action
Centering our efforts on poverty, education, and health helps us create an impact that is thoughtful, lasting, and aligned with community needs.. While the organizations we partner with may differ in scope or mission, our purpose is the same: to uplift, empower, and create impact where it matters most. When our communities thrive, we all thrive.
WAYPOINT’S INDIGENOUS
SCHOLARSHIP

Established in 2021, the Waypoint Insurance Scholarship reflects our commitment to Truth and Reconciliation. The scholarship helps remove financial barriers for Indigenous students pursuing post-secondary education, honouring the legacy of residential school survivors and supporting future generations.
Key Community Partners

Waypoint is proud to support BC Children’s Hospital Foundation, which gives kids across BC access to world-class care and life changing breakthroughs. By funding research, equipment, and vital programs beyond government support, the Foundation brings hope and brighter futures to children and families when they need it most.

The Vancouver Firefighters believe no child should go hungry at school. That’s why the Vancouver Firefighter Charities (VFC) created the Snacks for Kids program. This initiative provides healthy food to children and families in need, supporting more than 10,000 food-insecure youth across 90+ Vancouver schools and after-school programs. Waypoint is honoured to sponsor this program and support the well-being of children in our communities
