  • Maintain employee eligibility data and beneficiary designation records with the carrier(s). 
  • Assist with submitting Life, Long Term Disability and Waiver of Premium claims, as applicable. 
  • Provide you with a single billing statement for all carrier(s) and benefits combined. 
  • Customize billing statements. 
  • Remit premiums to carrier(s). 
  • Booklet/brochure requests and administrative inquiries.

  • Support for mass salary changes directly on the platform.

  • HRIS and payroll file downloads, plus other custom data exports (available at an additional cost)
