Virtual Care: In partnership with Telus Health, VPS plan members can access a health care provider 24/7, no appointments necessary, from any mobile device, tablet or computer that has an internet connection.
New Parent Boost: Developed in collaboration with BC Women’s Health Foundation, PBC boosts psychology ($250 Max.) and physiotherapy ($250 Max.) benefits for expecting and new parents.
Employee & Family Assistance Program: This is a confidential service (24/7) for members or their family members to connect and discuss a wide variety of personal, family, or work-related issues they may be struggling with. There are many issues this program can assist with Work/Life Balance and other workplace challenges; Weight Management and Nutrition; Addiction Issues; Financial Guidance; and Relationship Issues and Parenting.
ELIGIBLE MEMBERS
CURRENT VPA MEMBERS ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY.
- You will be eligible for benefits 60 days after joining the VPA or a validated studio.
- You will then have 31 days to enroll without having to provide medical evidence.
- The VPA plan has three levels of coverage – Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

STEP 1. To begin the enrollment process, please complete the online enrollment form below.
STEP 2. When your application form has been reviewed, you will receive an email from do_not_reply@waypoint.ca. This email will provide a link to visit the secure member portal and set-up your account access using a unique password.
STEP 3. Once registered, you can provide dependent information and complete your enrollment by providing a digital signature for the beneficiary designation. If you do not complete a beneficiary designation form, any future death benefits will default to your estate and subject to tax.
Waypoint Benefits & Financial Services TPA, your dedicated benefits administrator, will verify all the information entered and finalize the enrollment process, including all updates to the Pacific Blue Cross system and invoice.
