A typical Builders’ Risk policy insures not only the hard costs of the project (labour and materials), but also materials and supplies on site or in transit, temporary structures, soft costs (costs not directly related to construction), and loss of income due to delay.

Provides comprehensive liability coverage for all parties involved in a large construction project such as owners, contractors and subcontractors.   It protects these parties against third-party claims for bodily injury and property damage and may extend to cover pollution liability exposures.

These policies provide insurance coverage for movable business properties that can be damaged or stolenThis coverage is useful for contractors that frequently transport equipment to different locations such as construction sitesCommon risks covered are fire, theft, vandalism and water damage and can also include the perils of earthquake, flood and sewer backup.
