Max joined the firm as an Intern while completing his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in finance at Vancouver Island University. Since graduating, he has completed his Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) and Canadian Securities Course (CSC). He is currently enrolled in courses to complete his Certified Financial Planning (CFP) designation. Max is a member in good standing of the Financial Advisors Association of Canada (Advocis).
Max was born and raised in Nanaimo and graduated high school from Woodlands Secondary. He has grown up playing on many different sports teams here in the Harbour City. In his spare time, he likes to play hockey, baseball, and pickleball. He is also an avid mountain biker and golfer.
Actively involved in the community, Max is on the board of directors of the Nanaimo Sr. Baseball League, volunteers with Nanaimo Minor Hockey, and currently is the Head Coach of the Nanaimo U18 Tier 1 Clippers which is the highest level of competitive hockey within the Nanaimo Minor Hockey Association.
